Bailey grew up in Burchard, NE and graduated from Peru State College in 2012.

Bailey joined North Channel Capital Management in 2016. She lives in Hickman, Nebraska with her husband Adam and their daughter, Luka. The family has two wiener dogs, Basil and Jazz.

Jennifer Serama spent most of her childhood in Omaha, NE until her family moved to Green Bay, WI when she was 14 where she became a lifelong Packer fan. GO PACK GO!

She moved back to Omaha to raise her children and now spends as much time possible with her amazing granddaughter.

Jennifer enjoys reading, local art & craft events, cooking and baking. Her favorite time is when all the kids come over for a meal and everyone gets to catch up.

Jennifer joined North Channel Capital in August 2022 and is excited to be part of the North Channel family!

Mickie Halloran is originally from Stanton Nebraska, where she grew up on her family farm as the oldest of 4 kids. She graduated from Concordia University and moved to Lincoln where she started her career in banking and finance at Wells Fargo. Mickie joined North Channel Capital management in May of 2023 as a client service associate. She brings with her more than 15 years of financial experience as well as her securities licenses and AAMS certification.

She currently lives outside of Lincoln with her husband Phil and their two sons, Will and Miles. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors biking and camping, cheering on her kids sports teams, and spending time with family.
